- If the site is not accessible and we must return with our shipment, a transportation fee will be charged.
- Payment in full is due at the time of delivery.
- A $25.00 service charge will be added if balance is not paid in full on the day of delivery. Barn Bros., Inc. will do what we can within our scheduled workload to work with delivery dates for customers but we will not guarantee dates due to weather, wide-load permit restrictions and previous scheduled commitments.

- We are going into your yard at your request; therefore we do not accept any responsibility for damages which may occur. Sometimes, a site is only accessible through a neighboring property. In such cases, the customer is to have written permission presented to the driver or faxed to our office before delivery can be made with acknowledgement of this waver of responsibility.
